Jason and Allison met 13 years ago on the high school swim team. After 3 years of getting to know each other, what started out as friendship began to blossom into so much more. On December 26th, 2014, they went on their first date to see Into The Woods at the Regal Dimond Center. As dating was new for the both of them, all they could manage was an awkward pinky shared over the theater armrest. Not wanting to miss his shot, Jason thought fast and mustered the nerve to ask Allison if she wanted to continue their date at The Castle On O’Malley for some mini-golf after the movie. Despite the awkwardness, and prior commitments, Allison happily agreed and they continued the evening to share a magical night of movies and mini-golf. In the next few months, as they spent time together, they learned more about each other and found themselves falling in love. Jason fell for her earnestness, selflessness, and the depths with which she cares for the people she loves. Allison fell for his kindness, sincerity, and the way he is always true to himself.  

Since their first date, Jason and Allison have shared many wonderful dates, magical holidays, and regular everyday adventures. Over the last 10 years, they have faced many challenges, tolerated a few awkward living arrangements, and overcome many obstacles; everything from navigating college together to surviving 3 separate instances of long distance, totaling roughly 3 years. Now, Jason and Allison are excited to take the next step in their relationship. They look forward to a long future of growing together, deepening their understanding of one another, and building a family together.
